Was sooo excited to be able to do Sumo deadlifts again! ?? During pregnancy movements with very wide legs are NOT recommended because of the effect of the hormone Relaxin in your body. Relaxin relaxes your joints, including the ones on your hips(well… specially the ones on the hips to facilitate child birth). A condition called PSD is very common during pregnancy, and it is caused by a misalignment or stiffness of your pelvic joints at either the back or front of your pelvis.(thanks Relaxin!?)
